Doctors and Nurses For Health
Hi, my name is Richard. This is my blog which is designed to help others to understand how doctors and nurses can help them maintain and improve their health. I feel that this blog is important because too many people do not visit the doctor when they should. I used to be one of those people until last year. For many weeks, I had been feeling very unwell. Eventually, my wife insisted I visit my GP. My GP was a big help, he sent me for test and they found I had prostate cancer. I had further treatment and the nurses were great. I am now fully recovered.

Back pain is a very common complaint. For many people, it leads to days off work, missing out on social activities, and an inability to keep up with one's family responsibilities. Back pain is often a long-term condition, so it is important to know how to manage it to keep the pain at bay. These four top tips can help.
1. Stay Active
When your back hurts, your instinctive response might be to crawl into bed and stay there until you feel better.
A diagnosis of cancer can be a life-changing experience. You may not know where to turn, who to talk to or what to do, but modern-day medicine has come a long way and may well help you to beat the illness. If you've been told that you may have thyroid cancer, in particular, you may not know much about this part of your body or what may have gone wrong and it's important to come to terms with the details, while learning about your options.
Medical screenings for developing conditions are very important for every woman, as finding out about certain conditions early on may increase your chances of successful treatment, and of being able to avoid risky surgery or long-term health consequences. However, many women overlook important testing for health-related concerns, perhaps because they're afraid of getting negative results, or because they don't understand the importance of these screenings and tests. Note a few of those important screenings here, and discuss your overall health problems with your doctor as needed.
Prostate enlargement, also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia, is a condition which occurs in men as they grow older. This process of aging cannot be deterred or reversed. Therefore, numerous older men are plagued by this health problem. Under normal circumstances, the prostate serves an important reproductive function in the body. In simple terms, this gland is responsible for producing the seminal fluid which nourished the sperm cells.
Unfortunately, as the prostate enlarges due to poor health and advances in age, its presence becomes problematic because the gland begins to press on the urethra.
Some people just never seem to get ill. If you're one of those lucky people who pretty much always feel in perfect health, chances are it's been some time since you visited a doctor. After all, why waste your GP's time when you feel absolutely fine?
It's common for people to feel sensitive to this concept of time-wasting. Doctors are busy people, and nobody wants to use up an appointment that could help someone who's feeling seriously unwell.
